Batch 36 - the breakdown.
Thursday 26th April 2018 and the National Express 509 service from Cardiff at 07:15 to London Victoria Coach Station breaks down along the M4 motorway Eastbound at Junction 20.
White fumes were pouring out of the right hand side of the engine bay, cause unknown.
The engine had not overheated as the engine coolant was to the max. line on the header tank. There were no fluids leaking onto the road and there was no smell of diesel fuel oil. So the cause of this breakdown was NOT a water, oil or fuel leak.
The Highways Agency pulled behind the coach and their officer was a kind and friendly man who ensured everything ran okay until the replacement coach arrived.

Batch 35 - Sneaky Paul.
Sneaky Paul hides out of view and if the driver does not close the lockers using the outside button rather than the obvious and intuitive button on the dashboard, then he submits an audit report against the driver. I have named this button after him.
Is Sneaky Paul hiding behind one of these pillars? You will never know!

Batch 34 - part of the job, part 2 of 2.
This ticket machine did not have working mobile broadband, so it would not load up the passenger numbers OR the ticket numbers BUT it does show the journey times as they are grabbed when the machine is used in the depot using wi-fi.
Batch 33 - part of the job, part 1 of 2.
No power going to this Alcolock and the coach started without blowing into the device...
which is fine by me as the calibration is well overdue from 18/11/2017...
Paul's tie rack...
Ticket machine did not have working mobile broadband, so it appeared as though no passengers were boarding anywhere!...

Batch 32 - just feet.
Simple as that, just feet. Two lovely bare feet up against the bulkhead behind the driver...
Note: if anyone from the Taliban - you know who you are - the first 2 photos were taken before the driver pulled away from the stop, therefore he had not yet fastened his seat belt. The 3rd photo was taken as the coach was moving and he clearly has his seat belt fastened!

Batch 30 - a donner kebab.
I really enjoy a donner kebab with garlic mayonnaise, a great take-away meal for when you finish work late.
